Mahtab Dourbash
Founder & Destination Wedding Planner
"A beautiful wedding is not simply about how everything looks. It is about how the entire experience feels."
Mahtab's background is in tourism and hospitality management, where she learned the importance of service, guest experience, organisation and the small details that completely change how an event is experienced. Her journey into events began while creating a celebration for her daughter — and eventually led her to establish Adventland.
Over the years she has planned weddings and celebrations across the UAE for couples and families from many countries and cultural backgrounds — traditional, modern, multicultural, and everything in between. Every wedding has its own story, and understanding the couple's culture and traditions matters as much as understanding their taste.
"I don't believe in creating the same wedding twice. Every couple is different, so every wedding should be different." Her style is elegant, creative, detail-driven and highly personalised, with a strong passion for production — lighting, staging, entertainment, décor and the unexpected details that give each celebration its own identity.
